Nano infusion, sometimes called nano needling, uses a silicone tip to create microchannels in the surface of the skin. Those channels let serums travel further in than they otherwise would, and the process encourages the skin to produce collagen.
Desiree has been a licensed esthetician since 1995 and has spent the last stretch of it working almost entirely in Korean skincare protocols, which is where this treatment comes from.

Nano infusion or microneedling?
The honest difference is depth. Microneedling uses fine needles that pierce the skin to reach the deeper layers. Nano infusion uses a silicone tip that works at the surface and does not puncture it.
That makes nano infusion gentler, needle-free, and free of downtime — no numbing cream, no pinpoint bleeding, nothing to hide afterwards. It also makes it less aggressive, so for deep scarring or significant texture change, microneedling is the stronger tool.

Your skin will look flushed and feel warm immediately afterwards, and that settles within a few hours. Makeup can go back on the next morning. There's no peeling and nothing to plan around.
Aftercare
Keep the skin clean and leave it alone for the rest of the day — no makeup, no heat, no exercise that brings you out in a sweat.
Sunscreen the next morning is not optional. Skin that has just been treated is more vulnerable to sun, and protecting it is the difference between keeping the result and undoing it.
For 48 hours, skip retinoids, acids and any exfoliant.
